A local student is researching how citizen participation can
improve perceptions and understanding of watershed protection. In cooperation
with the Owasco Watershed Lake Association, Adrienne Canino, a graduate student
at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry is doing her Master's
Thesis as a case study on how citizen participation can effect watershed
perceptions and understanding.
