The OWLA board of directors has been working very hard on a multi-year Strategic Action Plan.
"The strategic action plan is designed to be a “work in progress”,
a draft based on our organization’s vision and mission. It is also a capacity building document; we invite all community members
and organizational partners to join with us
in working together to contribute to the development and implementation of this plan."
